About Prem Amit
Prem Amit, a certified meditation facilitator from OIMR in Pune, has been actively involved in guiding various meditations and mindfulness workshops for the past 10 years.
Prem has undergone extensive training in sound healing under the guidance of masters from Nepal, India, and Germany, which included sound vibration training associated with the Peter Hess Sound Academy in Germany.
Over the past decade, he has dedicated himself to learning and practicing sound healing. With his training spanning across the UAE, Oman, and India.
Additionally, he was a pioneer member of the UAE Meditates from 2014, which used to organise free community meditations across UAE with the objective of creating more awareness about various meditation practices including breathwork, bodywork, sound, dance, and laughter.
Furthermore, Also a certified Hypnotherapist, Prem possesses a deep interest in Sufi meditation practices and Tantra. He conducts individual and group sessions focused on meditations, mindfulness, relaxation, stress relief, anger management, and emotional well-being.
