About Utsavaa

Utsavaa is an internationally certified meditation facilitator of Osho Active Meditations and Meditative Therapies from OSHO International. She is also a certified hypnotherapist (Self-Hypnosis, Hypnosis) and a Vibrational Sound Therapy Healer, accredited by KHDA Dubai. Her foundational training in sound healing was under Prem Amit in Dubai, where she completed Level 1 & 2.

Deeply rooted in yoga and meditation since early childhood, Utsavaa’s journey has been shaped by her dedication to self-growth and inner transformation. She has been facilitating meditation therapies and sound healing sessions for both individuals and groups across the UAE, Pune, and Mumbai.

In her own quest for inner development, she has immersed herself in several transformative programs such as Self-Hypnosis, Talking to the Body-Mind, Body Love for Women, and Inner Skills for Living with Totality at OSHO International, Pune, as well as the Shambhavi Mahamudra at the Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore.
